Katie Dishes - One Thumb Up

I think the perfect cookie recipe for one person is never the same as the perfect cookie recipe for another person. This recipe makes flavorful, subtly sweet, thin and crisp chocolate chip cookies. Personally, I prefer cakey/chewy cookies over thin/crisp ones. But that doesn't mean this recipe is bad. It makes a perfectly good, normal chocolate chip cookie. Nothing special, but who needs special when you are making a classic?

If you are like me and tend to gravitate towards the cakey cookies instead, I would recomment trying my (slightly modified) aunt's recipe: Chocolate/Butterscotch Chip Cookies.
