Praline Yams

Ingredients

1 can Yams (40 oz, drained)

1 cup Cranberries (fresh)

1/2 cup Pecans (chopped)

1 Apple (tart, sliced - optional)

1/2 cup Brown Sugar (packed)

1/4 cup Flour

1/4 cup Butter (or Margarine - melted)

1/2 cup Coconut (optional)


Directions

Place drained yams in an ungreased 2 quart baking dish or 9 x 13 x 2î pan.
Sprinkle cranberries and pecans over yams.
If using coconut and/or apple, sprinkle them over the top of the yams.
Combine dry ingredients and butter.
Sprinkle top with dry mixture.
Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.

Yield: 10 servings
