Perfect Pie Crust
Adapted From: Aunt Susie


Ingredients

3 cup Flour (do NOT sift)

1 1/4 cup Shortening

1 1/4 tsp Salt

1 tsp Vinegar

1 Egg

6 Tbs Water


Directions

Blend shortening and flour.
Beat egg.
Add salt, vinegar and water to beaten egg.
Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Mix together.
Chill.
Roll out pie crusts.

Yield: 1 double and 1 single pie crust.
