Mexican Casserole

Ingredients

1 pound Ground Beef

1/2 bag Tortilla Chips

1/2 Onion (diced)

2 cup Cheddar Cheese (mexican mix)

1 can Rotel Tomatoes

1 can Cream of Celery Soup

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 can Water


Directions

Preheat oven to 375°.
Brown ground beef, drain and set aside.
Break up chips and layer in the bottom of a 9 x 13î pan.
Layer ground beef and chopped onion over the chips.
Sprinkle some cheese over the top.
Mix soups, Rotel tomatoes and water in separate bowl. Pour over ingredients in pan.
Mix everything up making sure all chips from bottom have a little soup mixture on them. (Kind of blend the ingredients together.)
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375° for 15-30 minutes.
Let stand about 5 minutes before serving.
