Macaroni and Chopped Meat

Ingredients

1 pound Ground Beef

1/4 cup Onion (chopped)

1 can Diced Tomatoes (30 oz)

2 cup Water

1 Tbs Italian Seasonings

1 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

2 cup Elbow Macaroni


Directions

Brown ground beef and onion together until beef is brown and onion is tender. Drain.
Add entire can of tomatoes, water and seasonings.
Bring to a boil.
Add macaroni. Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
Simmer approximately 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.


Katie Dishes - So-So

One of my husband's favorite childhood meals. It is definitely a delicious "mom" meal. But I find it a little bland, and it can end up a little dry. My mother-in-law has admitted to adding some tomato sauce until it is the thickness she likes. If you like pasta, add some garlic salt and some oregano and it definitely spices it up!
