Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

Easy Chicken Pot Pie

1 1/4 cup Water (hot)

3 Tbs Margarine

3 cup Stove Top Stuffing Mix (in the canister)

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 cup Milk

3 cup Chicken (or Turkey - cooked and cubed)

10 ounce Mixed Vegetables (frozen)

1 can Mushrooms (4 oz)

1/4 tsp Thyme


Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix hot water and Parkay spread in large bowl until margarine is melted.
Stir in stuffing mix just to moisten; set aside.
Mix soup and milk in another large bowl until smooth.
Stir in chicken, vegetables, mushrooms and thyme.
Pour into 12 x 8î glass baking dish.
Spoon stuffing evenly over top.
Bake at 350° for 35 minute or until heated through.

My husband loves this casserole. It is good, but nothing to write home about. A nice easy meal, though; and definitely a regular in our house.
