Crazy Chocolate Cake
Adapted From: Great Aunt Annabelle


Ingredients

2 1/2 cup Flour (sifted)

2 cup Sugar

2 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Salt

6 Tbs Cocoa (heaping)

2 tsp Vanilla

2 Tbs Vinegar

1/2 cup Salad Oil (+ 2 Tbs)

2 cup Water (cold)


Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix all ingredients in one bowl and blend.
Beat 2 minutes with an electric mixer.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13î cake pan.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle finished cake with powdered sugar or frost as desired.

This is called a Crazy Cake because there are no eggs in it, which is odd in a cake or dessert of almost any kind. In spite of that, it actually turns out very moist. It is a fun recipe to make with kids because it is so simple. They'll love helping you out!
