Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients

Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

2 cup Chicken (Cooked and cubed)

7 ounce Elbow Macaroni

2 cup Peas (or Vegetable of choice)

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup

1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix


Directions

Preheat oven to 375°.
Prepare macaroni according to package directions.
In a 9 x 13î pan layer cut up chicken pieces in the bottom.
Layer cooked vegetables on top of the chicken.
Layer macaroni on top of the vegetables.
Layer soups on top of macaroni.
Make Stove Top stuffing according to package directions.
Top casserole with Stove Top stuffing.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

This is one of my mom's casserole recipes that I remembered loving as a kid. When I made it as an adult, I was a little disappointed. It is still good, but nothing exceptional. I would recommend tasting the sauce and adding spices before baking. It definitely needs something more...
