Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

Cheesy Potatoes

2 cup Sour Cream

2 cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)

1 stick Butter (Melted)

1 Onion (Medium)

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

2 pound Frozen Southern Hash Brown (Thawed)

2 cup Corn Flakes (Crushed)

3/4 stick Butter (Melted)


Directions

Preheat oven to 375-400°.
Mix together sour cream, cheese, 1 stick of butter, onion, soup, and hash browns.
Pour into a 9 x 13îcasserole dish.
Mix together corn flakes and 3/4 stick melted butter.
Top potato casserole with corn flakes
Bake at 375-400° for 1 hour.
