Chicken Salad (WW)

Ingredients

.75 pound Chicken (breast; cooked)

.5 cup Celery

.25 cup Red Onion

.333 cup Dill Pickles

.25 cup Mayonnaise (reduced fat)

2 Tbs Sour Cream (reduced fat)

2 Tbs Parsley

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

1 tsp Lemon Juice

.5 tsp Salt

.25 tsp Pepper


Directions

  • Cut up chicken breast in bite-sized pieces.
  • Finely dice celery, onion, and dill pickle.
  • Finely chop parsley
  • Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.

Serving size: ~2/3 cup / 1/6th of total
