Cheesy Beefy Squares

Ingredients

Cheesy Beefy Squares

1 pound Ground Beef

1/4 cup Onion (Chopped - or 1 Tbs dried minced onion)

1 tsp Salt

1/8 tsp Pepper

2 1/2 ounce Mushrooms (jar - sliced and drained)

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1 tube Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

6 slice Processed Cheese (american)


Directions

Preheat oven to 375°.
In a large frying pan, brown ground beef with onion, salt and pepper. Drain.
Stir in mushrooms and sour cream.
Separate crescent rolls into 2 large rectangles.
Place rectangles in an ungreased 9 x 13î pan.
Press over bottom and 1/2î up sides to form crust.
Spoon hot meat mixture onto crust.
Top with cheese slices.
Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until deep golden brown and curst is no longer doughy.
Refrigerate any left-overs.

I actually really like this recipe. It is pretty simple, but great flavors. It is in my regular dinner rotation schedule, and I can often make it even when I think I have nothing in the house. That is always a plus in my book!
