Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

4-6 head Broccoli (or Cauliflower)

1 Red Onion

1 pound Bacon (fried and crumbled)

3/4 cup Sunflower Seeds

1 package Shredded Cheese

1 cup Mayonnaise

1/2 cup Sugar

2 Tbs Vinegar


Directions

Cut up broccoli (and cauliflower) into bite-size pieces.
In a large bowl combine salad ingredients: broccoli (and cauliflower), onion, bacon, sunflower seeds, and shredded cheese.
In a small bowl combine dressing ingredients: mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar.
Pour dressing over salad. Mix together.
Refrigerate at least a couple of hours.

This is your typical broccoli salad you can buy at the deli. Nothing to write home about, but a good summer salad.
