Artichoke Chicken

Ingredients

Artichoke Chicken

4 Chicken (Breasts)

1/2 cup Cooking Wine

12 ounce Artichoke Hearts (Marinated)

1-2 tsp Garlic Powder

1-2 tsp Italian Seasonings


Directions

Preheat oven to 400°.
Place chicken breasts in a casserole dish.
Mix the garlic powder with the Italian seasonings.
Add 1/2 cup white cooking wine and the artichoke hearts.
Sprinkle the top with garlic powder/Italian seasonings combination.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400° or until chicken is white inside.


Katie Dishes - So-So

I didn't dislike this. It was a very good recipe. But it was a very different flavor. My first bite I was confused, I don't know what I was expecting. As I ate more, my mind told me I liked it was a unique and good flavor...but it was like my mind was trying to convince my taste buds.

I might try it again some day. My only warning (if it isn't obvious by the picture) you have a really enjoy artichokes!
