Sesame Asparagus, Grilled (WW)

Ingredients

2 Tbs Soy Sauce (low sodium)

1 tsp Rice Vinegar

1 tsp Sesame Oil

1 tsp Honey

1 tsp Garlic (minced)

1/2 tsp Ginger (freshly minced)

Cooking Spray

1 pound Asparagus (ends trimmed)

1 Green Onions (thinly sliced)

1 tsp Sesame Seeds


Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.
Set aside.
Off heat, coat grill rack with cooking spray.
Preheat grill to high.
Grill asaparagus, turning frequently to char all sides, about 7-10 minutes.
Place asparagus in shallow serving dish and pour sauce over top.
Toss and coat.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
