Greek Syle Cheeseburgers (WW)

Ingredients

1 pound Ground Beef

1/2 tsp Oregano

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1 clove Garlic (minced)

1/2 cup Onion (minced)

Cooking Spray

4 Hamburger Buns

5 tsp Feta (crumbled)

3/4 cup Spinach (baby; uncooked)


Directions

In a medium bowl, combined beef, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion.
Gently form 4 3/4 inch think patties.
Coat a non-stick ridged grill pan with cooking spray.
Heat grill over medium-high heat for 30 seconds.
Plan burgers on grill; cook for 4 minutes.
Flip burgers and grill until cooked through center, about 3-4 minutes more.
Place burgers on buns.
Top each with 1 1/4 tsp Feta and some spinach.

These were very good. I found a low cal recipe for tzaiki sauce and serve the burgers with that and it made them even better.
