Baked Eggs Italian Style (WW)

Ingredients

4 cup Marinara Sauce (store-bought is fine)

1/2 cup Basil (fresh; chopped)

8 Egg

1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)

1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes


Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Pour marinara sauce into 9x13 baking pan.
Sprinkle basil over the sauce.
use the bottom of a small custard cup or a similarly sized glass to make 8 rounded indentations in the marinara sauce.
Crack an egg into each of these indentations.
Sprinkel the Parmesan and red pepper flakes over the top of the eggs.
Bake on center rack until egg whites are set, yolks are a bit runny, and cheese has melted (about 18 minutes).
