Creamed Mushrooms
Adapted From: Aunt Susie


Ingredients

Creamed Mushrooms

1 pound Mushrooms (fresh; whole)

1/3 cup Butter (softened)

1 tsp Parsley

1 Tbs Minced Onion

1 Tbs Dijon Mustard

1 tsp Salt

1 pinch Cayenne Pepper

1 pinch Nutmeg

1 1/2 Tbs Flour

1 cup Whipping Cream


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375°.
Clean mushrooms with a paper towel.
Mix the rest of the ingredients, except the whipping cream.
Place mushrooms into a casserole dish.
Dot mushrooms with butter mixture.
Pour cream evenly over the top.
Bake at 375 degrees for one hour.

If you choose to double the recipe, add extra cooking time.
