Grape Salad

Ingredients

Grape Salad

3-4 pound Grapes (seedless; various colors)

8 ounce Cream Cheese

1/2 cup Sugar

1 Tbs Vanilla

8 ounce Sour Cream

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1/2 cup Pecans (chopped)


Directions

Wash and dry grapes.
Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and sour cream.
Fold in the grapes with a spoon.
Place in 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.

This recipe suprised me. Someone brought it for a pot luck at work, and it was delicious. I begged her for the recipe after my 3rd serving. Very good!

Recipe tastes very good using all ìlightî ingredients (which is the only way I make it). However, making it with fat free ingredients leaves it rather tasteless.
