After Dinner Mint Pie

Ingredients

1 Chocolate Crumb Crust (prepared)

1 quart Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

1 jar Hot Fudge

4 ounce Cool Whip


Directions

  • Let ice cream soften for several minutes.
  • Using spatula, fill crumb crust with 1 1/2 cups softened ice cream.
  • Freeze to harden.
  • Spread 3/4 cup Mrs. Richardís Hot Fudge topping on hardened ice cream.
  • Freeze.
  • Let ice cream soften for several minutes.
  • Fill crumb crust with second layer of 1 1/2 cups softened ice cream.
  • Top with cool whip.
  • Serve frozen.

Garnish with chocolate curls for an added touch
