After Dinner Mint Pie

Ingredients
1 Chocolate Crumb Crust (prepared)
1 quart Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
1 jar Hot Fudge
4 ounce Cool Whip
Directions
- Let ice cream soften for several minutes.
- Using spatula, fill crumb crust with 1 1/2 cups softened ice cream.
- Freeze to harden.
- Spread 3/4 cup Mrs. RichardÃs Hot Fudge topping on hardened ice cream.
- Freeze.
- Let ice cream soften for several minutes.
- Fill crumb crust with second layer of 1 1/2 cups softened ice cream.
- Top with cool whip.
- Serve frozen.
Garnish with chocolate curls for an added touch
