Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

1 pound Elbow Macaroni

2 cup Milk

2 Tbs Flour

1/2 cup Butter

1/2 pound American Cheese (grated)

Salt (to taste)


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375°.
Boil pasta in salted water as directed on package.
Drain and set aside.
Simmer milk, flour, butter, and cheese over low heat until cheese is melted and sauce begins to thicken.
Add salt to taste.
Pour sauce over pasta and bake at 375° until the top is golden brown.

Tuna Macaroni and Cheese:
Add one can tuna to the Macaroni and Cheese recipe.
Top with buttered cracker crumbs or crunched up potato chips.
