Italian Beef

Ingredients

3 pound Chuck Roast (boneless)

1/2 cup Water

2 tsp Beef Bouillon (2 cubes)

1 package Italian Dressing Mix

1 tsp Vinegar

1 tsp Oregano


Directions

Place all ingredients in a crock-pot.
Cook over low heat crock-pot all day, or overnight.
Shred using two forks before serving.
