Broccoli Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

10 ounce Broccoli (frozen; 1 package)

1 cup Minute Rice (cooked)

1 cup Chicken (cooked and diced)

1 Onion (chopped)

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 3/4 oz)

1 cup Milk

1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)


Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Place broccoli in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 7 minutes to partially thaw.
Stir in rice, chicken, onion, soup, milk and half of the cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
