Hot Pecan Spread

Ingredients

8 ounce Cream Cheese

2 Tbs Milk

3 ounce Chipped Beef (glass jar or package)

1/4 cup Green Pepper (chopped)

2 Tbs Onion Flakes

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1/2 cup Pecans (chopped)

2 Tbs Butter

1/2 tsp Salt


Directions

Preheat oven to 350°
Blend all ingredients except pecans, butter, and salt.
Place in 8 inch pie plate.
Set aside.

In a small fry pan, melt butter.
Add pecans and salt.
Brown.

Sprinkle pecan topping over chipped beef mixture.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes
Serve with crackers or heavy chips, such as Pinah Rye Chips or Bagel Chips.
