Pesto Presto
Adapted From: Kraft Foods


Ingredients

Pesto Presto

3 cup Basil (fresh; washed and dried)

1/2 cup Italian Dressing (Kraft Zesty brand preferred)

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)


Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender container.
Cover.
Process or blend until well blended.

Refrigerate:
Store in a tightly covered container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Freeze:
Pour prepared pesto into ice cube trays and freeze until firm.
Pop frozen pesto out of trays, place in sealable plastic freezer bags and store in freezer until ready to use.
Thaw in refrigerator before using.
One cube = one serving.

Yield: 10 Tablespoons
