Snickers Pie (WW)
Adapted From: Weight Watchers


Ingredients

Snickers Pie (WW)

12 ounce Vanilla Frozen Yogurt (slightly softened)

1 box Chocolate Pudding (instant pudding; sugar free)

1/4 cup Peanut Butter (chunky)

1 cup Cool Whip (lite)

3 ounce Grape Nuts


Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a 8" dish (or individual serving size tupperwares).
Freeze.

This is a great dessert alternative to fattening (but fulfilling) ice cream. It is an obvious, but classic flavor mix: peanut butter and chocolate with some crunch. And is it actually quite filling despite the cool whip mix in. We typically end up eating a smaller serving size of this whan we would normal ice cream. Definitely an excellent option.

It is not easy to cut into smaller sizes once frozen. So, I typically freeze it in smaller, individual serving size dishes rather than one big dish. Because let's face it, when you are craving ice cream, you don't want to have to wait to eat it!
