Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

1 bag Hash Brown Potatoes (frozen)

1 pint Whipping Cream

1 pound Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)

2 Tbs Butter

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)


Directions

Preheat oven to 350°
Place potatoes in a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Mix the whipping cream and the shredded cheese.
Pour cream mixture over potatoes.
Dot the top with the butter.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown on the top and around the edges.
