Chicken Tacos (WW)
Adapted From: Weight Watchers


Ingredients

1 package Taco Seasoning

1 cup Chicken Broth

1 pound Chicken (boneless, skinless breasts)


Directions

Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Dissove taco seasoning into chicken broth.
Place chicken breasts into crockpot and pour chicken broth on top (chicken can be frozen!).
Cover and cook on low all day.
With 2 forks, shred the chicken into bit-sized pieces (after cooking all day, the chicken should just fall apart).
Use in soft tacos, hard tacos, burritos, tostadas, salads, nachos, etc.

When I am craving chicken tacos at home, this is so easy and good. Don't expect a masterpiece with just 3 ingredients, but it is definitely worth trying if you like tacos for dinner once in a while.
