Air Fried Pork Chops (WW)

Ingredients

Air Fried Pork Chops (WW)

4 Pork Chops (3/4" thick)

1/2 cup Dijon Mustard

1/2 cup Breadcrumbs (italian style)

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Cooking Spray


Directions

  • Preheat oven to Broil.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs and seasonings.
  • Thickly coat pork chops with Dijon Mustard.
  • Dredge pork chops in crumbs.
  • Arrage pork chops on a wire rack set on top of a sheet pan.
  • Spritz bread crumb coating with a little bit of cooking spray.
  • Place until broiler and cook until coating is brown; about 5 minutes.
  • Flip pork chops.
  • Repeat spritzing and cooking on other side.

I am a huge fan of pork chops in general. But this breading managed to be both healthy and amazing. I normally hate dijon mustard, but it is just perfect for this. You don't taste much of it, and what you do taste adds to the flavor. Excellent!

Since it is on a wire rack, I sometimes lose breading when I flip. So be careful. Aside from that, super easy!
