Pumpkin Dip

Ingredients
2 cup Powdered Sugar
8 ounce Cream Cheese (softened)
15 ounce Pumpkin
3 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Ginger
Directions
Blend together powdered sugar and cream cheese.
Add pumpkin and mix thoroughly.
Add pumpkin pie spice, ground ginger and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
This dip can be serve warm or chilled.
Serve with cinnamon tortilla crisps (below) or ginger snap cookies.
To make tortilla crisps, cut 10-inch flour tortillas into triangles, spray with cooking spray and dust with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 - 8 minutes or until crisp.
